Decorator Kit:

The decorator for the Golf Show is going to be Capital Convention Contractors. Included in a 10'x10' booth package is a 6' table, 2 chairs, waste basket and I.D. sign. Should you require additional items please order them no later than Feb. 23rd to receive the advance order discount. Informatoin on shipping is also included in the Exhibitor Kit.

Sales Tax Permit:

You must obtain a Sales and Use Tax Permit from the Connecticut Department of Revenue Service if you will be selling at the Golf Show. This permit must be inplace prior to making any sales. 

You can purchase the permit online (7-10 days) or by mail (4-6 weeks) via the CT Dept. of Revenue Service. 
Purchases made via the website provide a temporary permanent upon completion of the forms. 

Host Hotel:

The Ramada Plaza Hartford Downtown is offering a special rate of $95 per night to exhibitors and sponsors. Located one mile from the Connecticut Convention Center the hotel offers free parking, complimenatry wi-fi and shuttle service in the downtown area. Learn more about the Host Hotel.
