California Sellers Permit Information:

In the state of California you have to have a Sellers Permit if you plan to sell any tanglible or normally taxable products at the show. Learn more about what form you need to fill out.

Host Hotel:

The Host Hotel offering special rates to exhibitors and sponsors is the Biltmore Hotel. Just minutes from the Santa Clara Convention Center they offer complimentary breakfast and wireless internet throughout the hotel. To book your room call (800) 255-9925 by Feb. 8th to receive the following special rates on rooms:
          $79 per night for a Garden Room (Thurs-Sun)
          $89 per night for a Tower Suite (Thurs-Sun)

Show Hours:

Friday, March 2                    11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, March 3                9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.  
Sunday, March 4                  9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Load-In Times:

Thursday, March 1                9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday, March 2                      8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

*Absolutely no move in will be allowed after 10am

To load-in, proceed to the Loading Docks behind Halls C & D.

Docks 8 & 9 are reserved for cars and small trucks to use for loading and unloading. Please unload items onto the dock and then park your car before taking your items to your booth. Do NOT leave your car parked on the dock while unloading.

The lot across from the Loading Dock is a commercial vehicle lot.
